Hello, I have been an avid reader and writer for many years. Reading and writing has opened up new ideas and taken me too many places I have never had to buy an airplane ticket for. The first project I researched was the Titanic for a seventh- grade historical project. At that time, I fell in love with research; my favorite place is to be is at a library researching a current topic of interest. The smell of books, paper, and hot coffee are wonderful smells that make me feel right at home it is not uncommon to find me at BAM drinking a cup of coffee reading a magazine or newspaper.
In the past, I have held jobs as an artist, personal care attendant, cashier and even a shoe saleswoman. The best job I have had the pleasure doing is being a mother, its full time and the pay is always wonderful. The payoff is not in green but in something far more valuable, the satisfaction of a job well done and the love of doing it. With this in mind, I decided to continue my education and obtain a BA in Psychology with a minor in English and literature. I love reading and writing so much that I decided to obtain a Master of Arts in Creative Non-Fiction writing.
